Forget beyond or impossible . . . Vistro’s meat-beater is a NYC original - an homage to the mouth-watering burgers of the past and a celebration of our plant-based future. We blend organic produce with vitamin-enriched high-quality pea protein to create the Vistro All-American patty. With the fixin’s, it’s the quintessential cheeseburger for a new age and made to quench the burger-craver in all of us.
Our house-made chickpea burger is both exotic, and healthy, with brown rice and modestly spiced with black pepper, paprika, cumin, parsley, celery, onion and salt & with Vegan Provolone cheese, organic lettuce, tomato, and our special sauce. Sauce features a lovely blend of tahini cream, salt, black pepper, lemon on a fluffy Vegan Potato Bun or Challah Pretzel Roll.
We fuse fresh portobello mushroom, wild rice, lentils, tempeh and a hint of thyme and parsley to create our unique tasting and oh-so-delicious SHROOM’N VISTRO patty, & with Vegan (cashew) cheese, caramelized balsamic Portobello, onions, smoked tempeh bacon on our specially baked Vegan Challah Pretzel Roll
Black bean+ Quinoa got together and Vistro’s beanoa patty was born! A harmonious house-made blend of black bean, quinoa, and special spices, with cilantro, onion, chipotle powder, pumpkin seeds, black pepper and a pinch of salt & with vegan American cheese, jalapeño guacamole, chipotle aoili, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles on a fully toasted vegan sesame seed bun.
Our chef’s award winning introduction to the plant based burger universe is a celebration of seitan wheat flour, beets, and our specially developed mix of spices, onion, celery, black pepper, and a pinch of salt. & with Vegan American cheese, lettuce, tomato, chipotle, aioli on toasted sesame seed bun.
